EGR Cooler Delete / Bypass Kit for Ford Ranger PJ PK 3.0L & 2.5L diesel engines with manual transmission only.

This kit does not work on automatic transmission vehicles.  This is due to a different ECU calibration.  Auto models would require ECU re-tuning to operate without any faults.

You will be supplied with everything necessary to successfully remove and bypass the EGR cooler, including detailed instructions.  This kit is easy to install and takes about two hours to install with basic mechanics tools.

This kit will electronically stop egr operation without causing any fault lights or running concerns.  The engine will still run on factory ECU mapping/tables for zero egr percentage.
