This highly concentrated fuel additive is superior in its ability to help improve performance, clean injectors, reduce fuel consumption, exhaust smoke and sludge, and extend fuel filter life. DT5 Plus Diesel Treatment is formulated for use in all diesel engines, 4-stroke, 2-stroke, automotive, Marine and Stationary. Regular use of DT5 in your vehicle can help improve performance, reduce fuel consumption, reduce maintenance & downtime, clean injectors, control bacteria in the fuel system, prevent rust and sludge in fuel tanks and reduce exhaust smoke and emissions. DT5 is effective by using a multi-pronged approach including surfactant, detergent, poly butane ashless lubricant, cold flow improver and combustion modifier. Surfactant controls water while reducing rust, sludge, bacteria and fungi. Detergent helps clean fuel systems, pumps, injectors, cylinders and exhaust to remove tar, wax, varnish, gum and carbon. Poly butane ashless lubricant lubricates vital components in pumps, injectors and upper engine area to reduce wear that is associated with low sulphur diesel fuel. Cold flow improver helps prevent the formation of wax at low and cold ambient temperatures to assist with easier starting. Finally, combustion modifier smoothes the combustion process to reduce emissions, improve power and performance whilst saving fuel.

DT5 Plus is suitable for existing light and Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) in the following types of Diesel Engines: 4-Stroke, 2-Stroke, Automotive, Marine and Stationary. It is beneficial for all naturally aspirated and turbo-charged engines.

Individual vehicle:

For use in individual vehicles or engines where diesel fuel is purchased from service stations, DT5 Plus should be added directly to the vehicle fuel tank preferably just before filling. The recommended treatment ration is 20mL of DT5 Plus to 20 litres of fuel.

Bulk storage:

When used in bulk storage tanks at the time of refilling, add 1 litre of DT5 Plus for each 1000 litres of fuel. The DT5 Plus will quickly disperse throughout the tank. Continuous usage can control water and future condensation and remove old deposits from vehicle engines.
